All campsites are available on a first come – first served basis. Livestock and horse & pony committee volunteers listed in the tabloid/web have first priority on space. Exhibitors may reserve space starting the Tuesday after Memorial Day at the Fair Office. Please see site for additional information.

Blue Knob State Park: This is our “Big Mountain” park. This year-round wilderness adventure consists of over 5,600 acres of woodland. An extensive hiking trail system offers 17 miles of trails through changing timber types, across cool streams and occasionally passing by pioneer homesteads that are slowly yielding to the forces of nature.

Creekside Resort is a brand new rustic yet modern resort conveniently located in Southern Pennsylvania’s scenic valley. Creekside Resort offers activities including hiking, fishing, horseback riding, swimming and many others. Families and friends enjoy the camping experience at Friendship Village, with many amenities available. Miniature golf, laser tag, 2 swimming pools, ponds for catch and release fishing, kayak, paddle boat and row boat rentals, and many organized activities are available for the whole family.

We are nestled in a quiet, secluded, and easily accessible valley in Bedford, Pennsylvania. With 20 sites currently available, each site is equipped with electric, water, sewer, fire ring, and a picnic table. We have restrooms, but currently no showers. Nature’s Getaway is,located in the beautiful Allegheny Mountains. The office/store/game room are located in the stone and log building that was built in 1772 as a stage coach stop on the Forbes Trail. Our rates are reasonable and we’re located right next to Shawnee State Park. Located 7 miles west of Historic Bedford on Route 30.

Shawnee State Park: Shawnee is our “Lake Park”. Located along Route 30 near Schellsburg, Shawnee consists of 3,983 acres with a 451 acre lake. Picnic tables and fire rings are available. Non-powered and electric boats are permitted with a permit or registration. Rentals available. A 12 mile hiking / biking system is also suitable for cross country skiing.

Located in picturesque Friendship Village Campground, these charming rentals offer guests a full kitchen, bath, cable TV, air conditioning, WI-FI, outdoor picnic table and fire ring. They sleep a maximum of 6 people with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Enjoy the camping experience with many amenities including miniature golf, laser tag, 2 swimming pools, kayak, paddle and row boat rentals, catch and release fishing, bike riding, Saturday Gospel Sings, and many organized activities.

Quiet relaxation: We feature rustic riverside camper cabins and spacious riverside campsites on our 30-acre forested and secluded campground. Only small trailers or RVs. Dump station but no hook-ups. We have hot showers, on-site fishing, river swimming or wading, and a pavilion for gatherings. Pets are allowed.
